This is a great book. I've always liked Danny Wallace, his writing style is excellent and he's very funny. This is a good book to dip into, it's very light and great for reading on the bus or when you've only got a spare 5 minutes.
However, Awkward Situations For Men is extremely poor value for money. Considering what the average price is for a Kindle book on Amazon £7.19 is very steep - especially when you consider that these are articles which have already been published. It feels like he's just trying to cash in on articles that he's already been paid to write.
It's also a very short book. I can't help feeling that it should be merged with the follow-up book 'More Awkward Situations For Men'. That would make the book a decent length and be much better value for money.
Also, the fonts of the titles of each chapter don't show up properly on Kindle. Doesn't really matter as it doesn't affect the content of the chapters, but still kind of annoying.
As I say, Danny Wallace is great, but you're probably better off buying one of his other books - Friends Like These and Join Me are both under £5 on Amazon.
