Reads like an advert,
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
This review is from: Appreciative Inquiry: A Positive Revolution in Change (Paperback)
As an introduction to appreciative inquiry, this is "ok". It doesn't really delve deep, and while that's not a problem (it is, after all, less than 70 pages long), what really irritated me was that it ended up feeling like an advert for their consultancy company.
I know several books make this mistake, but it wore thin very quickly. Ultimately, if you want to understand AI in alot of detail (especially if you plan on applying it in your practice), then there are much more comprehensive books out there.
