Customer Review

on 3 April 2008
If you remember this it will bring a warm glow of nostalgia; a simple, if now very old looking and sounding sitcom from the very early 70s. Acting as the catalyst for both Paula Wilcox and Richard Beckinsdale, both went on to bigger things with Man about the House and Porridge respectively. It is most definately a period piece, but very funny in parts and an interesting look at how the British sitcom and tv in general has progressed. Not a dvd you are going to wear out from repeated viewing, but a nice addition to a collection, as it is heart warming and very funny. Another appreciated release from Network DVDs.
