This would have been a lovely product, but the product manufacturer's packaging (not the Amazon packaging) is utterly inadequate. It arrived totally smashed :-(
Amazon provided an immediate refund, but were utterly unable to provide any acceptable reassurance that a re-ordered item wouldn't suffer the same fate. All I could get from the call-centre operator was "I've sent an email to our packaging team", leaving me with no confidence that the subtlety of the issue would be understood, or that anything would change if I re-ordered the item.
Amazon's reputation (won over 10 years) just went down about 50% in 10 minutes in my mind. Terrible customer service.
