Simple, easy to read recipes,

If you are looking for ways to reduce the fat in your diet, this is a nice little recipe book, packed with 200 low fat recipes, laid out in an easy to read format, with nice, appetising photographs of the dishes you can make. The ingredient lists for recipes are not excessive and easy to obtain and most of the recipes are designed to serve four people. The recipes however, do not have a calorie count per serving. This is more a collection of recipes for healthy eating, not just calorie counting.
