My first Super60 arrived damaged in the post, however this was quickly replaced by the seller with no fuss - so top marks for customer service.
I have been using this on a chicken coop where it was too expensive to run an electrical cable from the house to the coop. It is used to light up the pathway as we approach. So far it has worked really well and is probably brighter than the mains powered LED security lights we bought on the high street. Usual time, sensitivity and lumens controls are available. We needed to play around with the sensitivity a bit as trees blowing in the wind kept setting it off.
It is very easy to install and there is a good length of cable between the solar panel and light to allow for a range of placement options. So far batter has lasted well, although I will be keen to see how it lasts over the winter in the cold.
I will probably buy at least one more of these as it has worked so well.
UPDATE: I won't by buying any more of these as this has started to fail. It is barely charging now that winter has arrived, and in most cases we can hear a click from the PIR but the light either briefly flashes on or not at all. Not sure if this is due to less solar light to charge the unit or whether water has started to enter the sealed unit. Either way it isn't functioning as it should be. Stars removed.
