This is a awkward one. I have just finished the diet with what I consider a great success. All that Haylie talks about is very inspiring. I studied the book for a week before embarking on my 28 days of abstinence ( as I call it). The problem arose with the menus at the back of the book. There are so many misprints and measurements for ingredients it is very difficult to make the meals and work out your portion size, it looks as though this book was not proof read or edited effectively. There is an assurance that these mistakes will be corrected it the next edition. I had previously bought this books for my kindle, which was a waste of money as daily cross referencing is a must and difficult on a kindle!
