So many of my cookery books are bought with great intent but end up staying on the shelf and not get used. I love this book not only because the recipes are healthy and nutritious but they are also for 2 servings so it's easy to double up if entertaining or just half if is just cooking for myself. The Thai curry has become a particular favourite, and it's so quick and easy.
There are also lots of tips throughout the book for using some of the leftover ingredients.
