This review is from: ARTISAN BREAD IN 5 MINUTES A DAY: The Discovery That Revolutionizes Home Baking (Hardcover)
This book is genius, great instructions and loads of recipe ideas. My bread now tastes like the best shop-bought hand-made bread. One tip - measurements are all in cups so it's worth investing in a set of measuring cups (I found some in Tesco) as otherwise it's tricky to get it right.

Be aware that there are cups .. and cups! Even the Americans don't have a universal standard & there are also many ways you can fill a cup - aerate the flour first (or not), sweep through the flour & level (or not), sift into the cup, pour into the cup etc etc. The uk version of this book (5-minute Bread) is not trumpeted much here on Amazon but it's the same as the us edition with weights included, so it's much better in my opinion.
