Customer Review

on 7 April 2013
I liked this game, but I found it hard to become attracted to it, its got appeal but it just didn't pull me in the same way the original fable did. Peter Molenyeux spent way too much time trying to make his fantasy world "realistic" which is in itself a joke, instead of fleshing it out and making it more interesting as a setting.

Game play wise, it had appeal, but story wise, it isn't amazing. While you at least get an end boss this time, it still isn't quite the same as fighting jack of blades in Fable 1. Honestly this is proof of the dying breed of rpgs out there where the final boss fight is nothing but an anti-climactic attempt to make a boss.

It was unfortunate really, I actually liked this game, more than Fable 2, but I just didn't love it.
