A total con,
This review is from: Seriously Good! Gluten-free Cooking: In Association with Coeliac UK (Hardcover)
Most of this book is recipes that would be gluten free in any event, I.e. salads, rice dishes. There are a handful of recipes that have been converted and are a success but there are so few of them it is not worth the money. I was able to work out for myself salad and rice dishes, without the requirement to line the pockets of Phil Vickery. A very poor show.

I agree with the comment, only a low percentage of the recipes would use gluten anyway so this book does not deliver against now it has been marketed. I feel conned.
