With loud guitar based music finally making a breakthrough in the UK charts, it is great to see one of Britain's best rock bands from the early 90's making a strong return with this comeback album. If they could just get some daytime radio play, they might finally get the commercial success that they deserve. Stand out tracks include the lovely ballad 'Even angels', the fun jailbreak song 'Quick Joey Small' and, my personal favourite, the country tinged 'Fool'. The addition of female backing vocals I think has enhanced their overall sound. Definitely worth buying if you're into music that has loud guitars, intelligent lyrics, sweet melodies and big choruses!
