This is a delightful book about an inquisitive little girl who saw a lot of things in a very different way than most of us are taught to see. It doesn't matter one bit if you agree with any of Anna's unusual points of view, it's just so refreshingly interesting. (Although you often end up thinking "Humm, I've never thought of it that way, but she does have a point!") The author says he was lucky to have met Anna. I think she was lucky to have found him. He recognised something rare and beautiful in Anna, and had the intelligence to allow it to develop and grow. This is classed as a spiritual book - which it no doubt is - but it is absolutely not a "preachy" book. Suitable for thinkers of all ages, children and adult alike.
