This review is from: The Queen Of Soul (Audio CD)
The 4-disc/87-track box set "The Queen Of Soul" covers Aretha Franklin's tenure at Atlantic Records, from 1967's "I Never Loved A Man The Way I Love You" to 1976's "Sparkle", and contains various hit singles, album tracks, non-LP sides, outtakes, rarities, and live performances. Mark Barry says:
Can You advise what the 'beautiful' packaging is? How many pages does the booklet have? Is it a long box or a jewel case?
Details mate - because your review sounds like some blanket freebie to me.
And Rhino isn't involved in this - their logo isn't on the packaging. What's the sound like - new remasters or not?
And Aretha Franklin and Otis Redding are great on Atlantic - wow that's deep!!!

Rhino are involved:

Your arrogance is staggering. Not everyone lists the original catalogue numbers and studio engineers etc when writing reviews.

Seems like you have a complete different set because the discs are housed in jewel cases and there is no booklet to speak off!

Must be a promo set! Are you a journalist or working for WEA?

Give the happy Amazon Customer a break! 4 cd's with at track list that's arguably even better than the '92 box set at 14 quid, who can complain?
Yes, it looks like jewel case and no liner notes, but who needs it at that price tag?
And oh yeah, I'm definitely buying that Otis Redding set too!
