Fast and reliable,
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
This review is from: SanDisk 64GB Mobile Ultra MicroSDXC Memory Card with SD Adapter (Personal Computers)
Now that this has become more affordable I decided to take the plunge. I've been looking for a solution to carrying all my music and photos on one device without having to carry extra memory cards and this was it. I took a bit of a gamble after reading on various forums that it would work on my mobile phones (Samsung galaxy S2 and then Samsung Galaxy Note) and to my very pleasant surprise it did.
Just to clarify very few devices are stated to currently support 64GB SDXC cards and both these phones stated that they would only support up to 32GB cards, but once the cards was inserted into the phone and formatted it works perfectly. I can now potentially carry up to 96GB of data on a single mobile device (32GB internal memory and the 64GB card)
The card is also very fast and has not given me any reliability problems. Recommended.

Hi Andreas - maybe i read your review incorrectly but you state that you can carry around with you 96GB of data on your either Galaxy SII or Galaxy Note
but i dont think that they are available in the 32GB internal storage versions right now-
so what 32GB phone do you have working with this 64GB sandisk ?
i am waiting for the 32GB Galaxy Note and told by clove that it will not be available in the UK
but on the official samsung UK site - 2 options of the Note are listed 16/32 internal storage..
thanks for your reply

Hi. You are absolutely correct. What I should have said was that you can now carry a potential 96gb, providing you have a phone with 32gb internal memory. I have the Galaxy Note with 16GB so have 80gb. Sorry for the error. Andy

I have read that the camera can no longer report how much memory is still available on the Samsung Galaxy S II. I can live with that.

This card is definitely NOT compatible with the Samsung Galaxy S2. There are all sorts of problems. For instance, the amount of space available to applications on the SD card is reported incorrectly. When you try to move an app to the SD card, you get an error saying there is no room. Yes, the available space is correctly reported under Storage, but otherwise there are problems.
I would guess that the other Android phones are the same unless they specifically mention supporting Ultra MicroSDXC.

I'm sorry but I must disagree with this. I am using this card with the Galaxy Note and have none of the problems you mention.

I abandoned using mine in the S2 and bought a 32Gb card instead, there were so many problems. Even a startup was a nightmare, and so was shutting it down. That is using Android 4 ICS, too.
