Customer Review

on 24 April 2014
I was disappointed with the acting, also the story had nothing to do with George Harrisons visits to India as proclaimed, the moments when there was any Sitar playing were quite good, but very short.
The scenery far outshone the plot and the dismal acting, Micheal Yorks accent and was most odd, he must cringe at the thought of the movie.
There was only a weak reference to a Guru anyway, why it was called that I'll never know.
The whole thing was hard work to watch ,I was hoping for more Sitar teaching scenes and a better plot as implied in the write up.
I awarded two stars instead of one because of the Indian scenery, the only thing worth watching the movie for.
