What I like about this book is that it shows instead of tells. It's filled with anecdotes that really help illustrate innovation in action. I found the part about battling "naysayers" to be particularly trenchant and helpful. They exist at every company, and now I have a plan for getting them to buy-in. If you want to get schooled in innovation, and don't want to trudge through a boring textbook, this is an essential companion.
