One of the reviewers mentioned they had, after reading this book, given up their cravings for peanut butter, but had now developed a craving for chocolate. I think that after reading this that one of the problems is that a new craving can replace the old one. Doreen has drawn on some scientific findings and has also worked hard at creating a fairly interesting read. Sometimes, though, you need something sweet to take away those hunger pangs. Although some of what Doreen mentions is interesting, I think there are other issues she could have covered in a more in-depth way. There is, though, sure to be something in this for everyone.
