Very easy to use,
This review is from: Remington D1001 Spin Curl Hair Dryer (Personal Care)
Customer review from the Amazon Vine Programme (What's this?)
The Remington Spin Curl comes with a strange tubular attachment which makes the dryer look like a mechanical woodpecker. The said attachment is for creating `loose curls and tousled waves' - but not on my hair. The instructions are easy to follow and the dryer itself is light and feels comfortable to hold. It has an extra long lead which is always a plus point, and the usual speed and heat settings with a cool shot button for setting the curls.
The basic instructions tell you to dry off the roots of your hair first; the problem is that once you've done this the ends are quite dry already. This resulted in a rather dodgy looking 80's `Scaredo' rather than the promised silky curls.
However, when my much `younger haired' niece had a go it was a different story. Her hair, being longer and more resilient conformed to the claims and she was indeed left with the promised `sexy summer waves'. Therefore, it seems as though this product depends on your hair condition and length as to what the end result will be. On the plus side, it produced a lovely massaging effect during the `spin cycle' and was very easy to use.
Although I was not as impressed as my niece - on her recommendation I'll give the Spin Curl 4 stars.
