I bought this after I'd started my daughter on the CLB routines at about 6 weeks, but was still struggling with her sleep a bit due to bad habits we'd got into during those early weeks. Gina Ford cracks it again. The information is reassuring, useful and practical. You can see where you're going wrong and how to correct it. There are lots of case studies etc. for all different age groups, and I have dipped into it many times along the way if we've had any trouble with sleep. I have to say, since starting the CLB routines etc. my daughter has been one of the happiest and most content babies I know. Highly recommended.
