I really enjoy this DVD. It is not a Pilates instructor barking at you. Darcey clearly explains the exercises and gives you time to do them before moving on. She is so down to earth, not at all intimidating to see her perfectly toned body. She says breath normally which is a relief as teachers I have had are so insistent on getting the breathing right it is hard to learn the movements. The DVD is split into sections so you can mix and match depending on how much time you have and for variety. The calming classical music as you perform repetitions of the exercises helps me feel that I'm moving gracefully and leaves me with a clear mind - ready to face the day. If short of time, there's a mini programme - even just doing the warm up section is worthwhile.
