My Copy of this book is an old one 1991 and looking backwards to the days when I thought I was over-weight and I was, the food combining did help me, but it was not this particular book it Was the Hay Diet. I used this book just for the different Ideas and recipes, that I think are marvellous, also some of the exercise plans. it certainly was the only food eating programme that allowed me to lose weight, alas I could not stay a Veggie., But this year am certAINLY going back to her recipes that I thought odd, no mention of Astrology in old book so perhaps shes gone new age very late in life, I do a bit of Palm reading myself. Favorite breAKFAST AT MOMENT IS, Lettuce, Tomato, Walnut, Apple Slices, avocado, Walnut Oil, Lemon Juice and Maple Syrup
not too much, and 1 Ginseng Capsule. Don't know if this is doing me any good, but havent felt better for about 10 years, but also I now Walk 30 Minutes a Day, feel 35 am 5?
