This review is from: I Feel Angry (Your Emotions) (Paperback)
I chose this book as I have a 4 year old daughter who has alot of pent up emotion, primarily anger, so I invested in a book that would benefit her and myself as a parent.
I found this book very helpful to a degree, though one of the tips was to take a walk, and due to the fact that we live in a flat and my daughter is only 4, she cannot exactly get up and 'take a walk.'
I am trying to teach her to squeeze her pillow when she feels angry and to count to ten which is mentioned in the book, but explaining this to a 4year old in essence she takes it as more of a game. I wouldnt recommend this book for children under the age of 5 really, though the illustrations are good to relate to and talk through with my daughter.

It would have better to know how the messages are conveyed. Through written text, pictures or interactivity, rather than simply her opinion.
