I think this book is innovative, clever and well..brilliant. I bought this with the intention of reading just one page per day and doing as the page identifies, it's kind of like a mini task and there's a quote for the day. But I ended up reading it all in one go as I was so interested. Its theory is to make the reader stay motivated to stay focused on goals and get more out of life. Its great and it works and I do my page daily, and since staring this I have rejoined a band and have started to work on my self esteem and I genuinely feel better and I put a lot of this down to the book as it keeps me directed. Great book.
