First, it doesn't just have the usual slimming, phobias, confidence, and smoking. It also tells you how to hypnotise yourself to go after your own goals more effectively. Second, I found it easy to read and follow. No fancy words or complicated instructions. You just read the book, choose your problem, and do what it says. I've read other self-hypnosis books, and this has to be the easiest to read, understand and actually do. I found it easy to apply the work to myself and actually get results.
