This is a very fun dvd and can be done in easy steps and can be done in short spurts if you are short on time. I am very happy with the amount of impact on the joints etc and they show you high impact exercise and exercise for those that are not so fit in the same demonstration section. I do feel stronger now and can last longer when exercising and if I did the whole dvd I would be super fit and super slim im sure especially if I made more effort. I found the information provided on the DVD useful and it actually made sense what they were aiming for but I am glad for the short sections when needed.
