I probably didn't read the description of this book as closely as I should, in that I thought there would be a bit more narrative as well as recipes. However it does what it says and gives really easy to follow recipes for juice options, in a spiral bound flip-over format that is easy to use in the kitchen. As an introduction to newbie juicers it's a great tool - I particularly liked the statistics for each juice, i.e. how many calories, how much fibre etc, which makes it easier to understand how you might actually be taking in sufficient nutrition over a day!!! Got my juicer and ready to go Joe :)
