This review is from: It's Great When You're Straight ... Yeah! (Audio CD)
zoverstocks supplied a really badly scratched disk, visibly damaged, rendering the CD unlistenable. It's a really good album made useless.

The review section is not the place for seller feedback. An autistic toddler could work this out.

^^ lol. agreed.
this type of review and "No idea about this cd/dvd/book myself but I bought it for my son/husband/wife and he/she seems to like it!" are the 2 most common annoying unwanted types of amazon review. they're everywhere, amazon should just delete them.

Do not, under any circumstances, buy anything from Zoverstocks via Amazon. Their service is appalling. I ordered Spiderman 2 for the PS2 for my 7-yr-old as a treat for a good school report. The first time it was posted to me it arrived within ten days but wasn't the right order. Instead I received a box set of the Die Hard trilogy. Totally appropriate for a 7-yr-old. I contacted them and they told me they would send it again and that it would arrive within 14 days. It didn't. I contacted them again and was told the same and once again I waited two weeks and it hasn't arrived. All the time they had my money in their account. Instead of arranging for the disc to be sent to me they are now saying they will refund me. I wouldn't order anything from them again if they were the only company on the net

By way of balance - I've bought more than a dozen CDs and DVDs from Zoverstocks over the last 12 months (all listed as "very good" and priced accordingly). Each item arrived in good time and was as described in the listing. Only one disc had noticeable scratches but nothing that affected play and like I say, they WERE listed as used items. Most of the discs, incidentally, could pass for "as new". It's always pot luck buying second hand from a mass seller, but I find Zoverstocks to be one of the better ones.
So yeah, I agree with the first three comments; review the product, not the seller.
