Pretty damn good. That's what I'd say if I were to sum it up. This collection is nothing but pure entertainment. It doesn't try and give you moral messages, or make points about the world we live in. No. This is simple, innocent entertainment, and at the end of the day, that's what a good read should be. As I read the stories, I didn't find myself reading words from a Kindle screen, but living in the world of the stories. They're very well written, with characters that live before your eyes, and plenty of comedy. My favourite is 'The Hosebags", which is laugh a minute. The only gripe I have is "The Cookie Tin". This story, while very entertaining beneath the issue, is inconsistent with its tenses, which makes it quite hard to follow. But the collection as a whole is highly recommended. No two stories are alike, and all of them have a charm of their own. It actually feels like a TV comedy, and in this respect, I can't wait for the next series.
