Not for laymen,
This review is from: The Concise Book of Trigger Points (Paperback)
Just by way of warning to those who are looking to 'help themselves' with muscle problems rather than a critique of the book. This book is not written for lay people so unless you have a lot of time to learn more about anatomy and the latin names of all the muscles, don't buy this book. The use of 'concise' in the title is relative and must refer more to its technical content; it is about A4 size ;-).
Good clear pictures however and helpful suggestions for stretches/exercises that may help - though as a lay person trying to help myself, I would have liked more detail on these (!).
