Anyone and everyone who would like to lose weight should read this book!,

Although it is written from a US perspective, where the problems of obesity linked to eating processed food are even worse than in the UK, this book exposes all the reasons for our current obesity epidemic and why so many people just can't lose the weight they desperately want to shed even when they follow so called medical and NHS diet guidelines to the letter. We are being fed lies about what we should and shouldn't be eating. This book explains in easy to read language why we should avoid groups of previously recommended and supposedly healthy food, and gives sensible, workable alternatives. And it works! I ave not this healthy or slim for 20 years.
