Buy this, buy this, buy this! I've just returned from 1980 & it's just like I remember it. I was fourteen when I saw Priest at Newcastle City Hall first gig I'd ever been to & what a way to start. The noise my god, the noise I can't describe how I felt it was such a high & the dvd brings it all back. OK so Rob's not jumping about like he use to, but Priest has never been about the stage gimmicks & this stripped back set just serves to emphasize just what a good album British Steel is, there's not a duff song on there & I'm totally biased.
British Steel did & does illustrated all Priest's trademarks your rockers, football singalongs, good time party on & the standard metal monster tune. It may not be their most metal, but it has all the variety that has led to such a long career & I love it.
This noise makes you feel alive, get it you won't regret it!
