The book can be additionally recommended for people who have food restrictions, because many of the dishes in it are gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan.
The book can be maybe criticized because of the author's usage a lot of exotic ingredients that cannot be viewed as conventional everyday ingredients.
In second part which is a bit atypical for this type of book, Giada is sharing her beauty advices, yoga, tips about exercise and addressing the need for sugar.
