Ordered the phone on 10 February and received it quite promptly from the UK. The gateway that came with the phone didn't seem to work so connected using the previous gateway. I had to buy 2 European adapters as the phone came with British plugs. After one month of trying to configure the phone for use without the computer, firstly alone and then with two Apple Mac technicians, obviously pushing the reset buttons, it was suggested I tried the Skype Internet customer service. Have received an email answer today, 15.3.2010, so I will see if I'm successful.
