Expensive for an iron, but you do get what you pay for. The PerfectCare Azur is top quality, and Philips have managed to achieve a good balance of solidity with a manageable weight. The iron is simple to use, and having tested the OptimalTEMP No Burning claim, I can confirm that it does work very well. The iron has reasonable steam output whilst at the same time giving up to 45 minutes of ironing time without needing to be refilled. It also has the Philips Descaling feature that is very handy in hard water areas like mine. All in all a very good iron indeed, but I still prefer my Philips Steam Generator which not only gets through ironing much more quickly, but cost less than the Azur in the sales.
