A jolly good SF romp.,

I've enjoyed the first two of these, and look forward to the next. Easy going and clear style, some good (though occasionally tortured/contrived), twists and plot linkages. Sex and violence both handled in a mature kind of way, i.e. present but not gratuitous, or getting in the way of the story. Characters have some depth and could develop further, but nowhere near as two dimensional/indistinguishable as in all too much sf. Occasionally a bit too much journey detail rather than writing that develops the actual story or character. Enough, as far as I'm concerned, it's a good enjoyable read.
Robert, if you happen to read this there is one thing I want to pick you up on (and you aren't the only one whose guilty of this howler):
'your' -- personal possessive pronoun: 'your house', 'your thoughts', 'your body', etc.
'you're' -- abbreviation of 'you are': 'you're wonderful', 'you're an idiot', 'you're late', etc.
Apart from that, keep up the good work.

...and there, guilty myself---it should be 'who's' NOT 'whose', doh!
