An amazing book, as it gives you the science and the how to. If you want to lose weight, buy this book. It's amazingly simple. It's so easy it's daft. I've tried all diets, they all work for a while, then I got bored and you want proper food, so the weight comes back. This is something I think I could do for ever. You lose the weight very slowly, but you can eat normally on 5 days a week, then few calories on the other 2 days. It's also good for you , in many ways. Once you read it, you'll do it. It works for me.
