Great book, but a question for Amazon: why is the Kindle edition dearer than the paperback? Kindle pricing needs to be examined generally, but particularly for referance material.

Yes. The whole point of the Kindle I thought was to save money by cutting down on cutting down trees!? Seems that isn't the case at all hey? We think 'hey I'll buy one of those Kindles as the books should all be much cheaper?!' and they are thinking 'hey buy one of these kindles and save messing about with paper books and all that, but for the privilege we'll charge you more!' Wires crossed as usual. Until they make some statement on pricing policy regarding the Kindle I and I suspect many others will stay away.
