I am no mad diet fanatic, but this works

My wife and I were enthralled when we watched the original Michael Mosley programme about this diet, and we decided to give it a try, not to lose weight, but for the health benefits it undoubtedly brings. Yes we are hungry on starve days, but it's only ever one day at a time (we do Mondays and Thursdays!) and breakfast the following morning seems even more delicious. And despite not being bothered about losing weight, we both have. With no effort. I am in my 50s, and only take moderate exercise, but I lost a stone in a month, and it is staying off. My BMI is now "under the curve". On non-starve days I eat normally, have the odd take away, occasionally pig out on chocolate, and drink beer and wine, all the usual fun stuff, and yet the weight stays off. It's marvelous.
If you are interested in the health benefits, give it a go. It is very easy really, and you feel terribly smug at the mild suffering, because you know you can eat tomorrow!
I wish he'd made this programme 15 years ago.
