First of all, watch out- the cover is misleading. No pictures inside the book are in the 'manga' style. If you look at the cover background, that's what the images inside look like. Having said that, this book is just a reference, and you can use the poses in your own style.
The book contains a huge amount of poses, mostly in simple standing/sitting/lying. It also seperates in terms of clothing and male and female figures, and there are other helpful sections such as hands. There is no 'how to draw...' section, just pages upon pages of poses, so it's probably better for a slightly more advanced artist that just needs a little help in getting that specific pose right.
However, this is probably not so suitable for younger people- it contains nudity and romantic scenes. (Nudity only from the waist-up or behind.)
I found this book very useful, and the amount of poses seems overwhelming~
