AN EROTIC ROMANCE THAT IS SO HOT
, 9 Mar. 2012
This review is from: The Principal's Office (Paperback)
Rachel is divorced with two teenaged sons, after twenty years of marriage her ex-husband just decided he wanted a divorce. I loved the way the author lays out Rachel's circumstances at the start of the story, it's so realistic I really sympathised with her. Never having attended college, she had married Gary more or less straight from high school, but now she has had to find work. But as a receptionist the pay is not great, so she finds it hard to find her half towards her two boys expenses. When she meets Rand in a grocery store the attraction is immediate. At six foot four with blond hair he is breathtaking. After a couple of more times of just bumping into one another they decide to act on their attraction. Rachel is quite clear about the ground rules, she has her boys every other week so she will not see Rand when she has her sons. Rachel is adamant that they are not dating this is going to be just sex.
Oh boy and what they get up to in different locations are as varied as the wild abandoned sex they indulge in. Rand is determined to fulfill all of Rachel's fantasies, he does that and more.
I loved this book there is a real story here, a woman who has been married for twenty years, suddenly out in the world on her own finding her way. Certainly not very experienced with men, then along comes Rand and pushes her to her limits not that she doesn't love it. But as they grow closer the reader gets to see the changes in Rachel's life her growing confidence, actually standing up for herself. How she deals with her idiot of an ex-husband, all this and more was here. Beautifully written by this author. A wonderful read.
