...if you've nothing better to do. The idea is good, the writing poor and the grammar even worse. This is the third Adam Nevill book that I've read and only because I was struggling for reads whilst waiting for Santa to come. And I do, truthfully, wish that The Guardian would stop labelling him as Britain's answer to Steven King. That is something he will NEVER be, not even now that James Herbert is dead. Francis Cottam for one and Jonathan Aycliffe are far, far better. Try Cottam's Brodmay Bay, House of lost Souls, The Waiting Room or Aycliffe's Naomi's Room, if you want to be scared half to death.
