I wanted to like this game. I tried. I really did. I'm not a novice, and I can accept an initial learning curve, as long as the game lends itself to getting you used to the controls and then sucks you in. And I appreciate originality (valuing games like Bioshock and Red Dead Redemption over mindless CoD type shoot em ups).
But this lacks fluidity and is completely unforgiving. This isn't helped by having to quite unusually use the LB and RB buttons predominantly. But what really frustrated me so much that I couldn't continue playing is having missed a jump in a long sequence, having to go back and try it again and again. This happened multiple times until I just couldn't take it anymore.
If you want a fluid, interesting free-running game then play Assassin's Creed. This however is just a massive disappointment.
