Lovely presentation, thoroughly enjoyed my first browse and I am delighted I decided to buy this book - it's bang up to date, has very good technique instruction and pictures plus some excellent recipes. I haven't as yet managed to track down "fondant powder" or quite worked out the requirement of 1kg of glucose syrup for the chocolate plastique (my supermarket only sells small 140 gr tubes of it!!) Hopefully a quick phone call to Little Venice cake Co. will provide the answer. This book is definitely going to be extremely well used, a book for me to work with and expand on. Thank you Mich.
