seriously good gluten free cooking,

Disappointed as most of the recipes were not adaptations of recipes which would use gluten. I only bought the book because it was recommended in an article in the Telegraph ( which had several good recipes, adapting for non-gluten). I have tried one recipe and was not impressed with the result.
