Customer Review

on 16 May 2014
This books cuts away all the over complicated rubbish that has sprung up around Buddhism, for financial, or egoic gains, (same with meditation).

Most books are long and drawn out, with only small amounts of useful information scattered within.

This book is not long, nor dense, yet after every couple of pages I find myself putting it down to contemplate what I have read, something I have never done with any other similar book.

Highly recommended to anyone interested, be it your first book, or 100th book, this will probably be more useful, which when it comes down to it, is the whole point of reading such books, to improve our lives and state of wellbeing.
