Got mine in October 2011 through iHeadphones who were trading on Amazon. By May this year they had become faulty and I was instructed to return them obtaining proof of postage. After a week or so I began a lengthy correspondence by e-mail to iHeadphones who tell me the headphones never arrived and they can't replace them until they've examined the faulty ones. That I had obtained proof of postage at their request seemed to be of no consequence and their only suggestion is that I should claim against the Post Office for the loss.
The headphones themselves were of above average sound quality and managed to stay in my ears most of the time.
