I've tried the 250's (lower-end model, more than half the price) and these and certainly had problems with this model, considering it's a premium product. Both models have an polarisation filter issue where tilting the head even remotely can cause colours to change hue from either blue/red. This can also induce crosstalk (image ghosting) problems.
I gather that the Playstation 3D glasses don't do this due to an extra filter, that you can obtain from Sony for these glasses and the 250's, at the cost of making the glasses a bit darker. I can deal with this on a cheaper product but am left scratching my head why, as Sony adknowledge this problem, these filters aren't already included as standard in the pack for the money paid for these.
Lastly, I do wear glasses, but was suprised to find that the 250's actually fit far better over them than these, which due to the smaller frame actually becomes a bit of an issue. Also for some reason the cheaper 250's seem larger, which is far better in viewing the screen.
Howev's, I am rather more fussy than most so you might be able to deal with the problems. Everyone's different! It could be the smaller frame is more suited to you, so if you're ok with the above it might be worth trying out. Good luck!
