Be Prepared to Work! Fun Though.,

I've done this DVD a total of 8 times, at twice a week, which is at least half of what Tracy Anderson recommends (4-6 times per week). Don't know if I'm qualified to say yet that it works as well as she promises (my fault perhaps), but I am beginning to see a difference, especially around the waist and outer thighs. The standing abs section at first seems like something totally made-up, but after a while you get the gist, and I must say that it is shaping up my stomach area. The mat abs section of the DVD is really effective too. All in all with these exercises you feel the burn, and in the areas that you might'nt have previously been able to get to (the accessory muscles as she mentions.) Be prepared to work with this one -- I do Pilates too and this made me sweat more. What makes this fun is that the exercises are different from the usual and the whole routine is fluid, helped by the calming background music. As for Tracy's pouting, well all I can say is that I've seen worse -- and who cares if this works and she whips you into shape? Must do 4 times per week! Then I'll come back and give another review, hopefully from the comfort of my size-10 jeans!
