Wow, this book really does what it says on the tin! Well, it certainly helped me take control of my life. The thought of taking on all those tasks I'd shelved - from tax returns to filling in forms, exercising to losing weight, clearing out cupboards to kick starting a new hobby - seemed overwhelming until I read its simple but effective advice. Starting these jobs in 15-minute spurts has made me conquer the fear to do it all anyway. Brilliant!
